  • POEM: Life In Comma! - A Painful Tribute To Aruna Shanbaug! by Geetha Jayakumar (5/23/2015 10:46:00 AM)

This is a very sad story of soaring dreams of a woman severed by the hands of lust. But this story also has a brighter side. It speaks volume of the doctors and nursing staff of King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, who accepted and nursed her for more than 42 years without allowing even a bedsore to develop on her vegetative body.

  • POEM: Burp! by Geetha Jayakumar (5/23/2015 10:38:00 AM)

Tears burping in his contented eyes!

Simply an outstanding poem. I was wondering about the emotions that hungry man on satisfying his hunger with leftovers must be undergoing. If he was a person fallen into bad times, his emotions would be quite different from that say of a beggar.

  • POEM: Simple Verse.20. A Robin's Nest by Valsa George (5/23/2015 10:27:00 AM)

Very beautifully you have encapsulated the birth of the bird breaking through the egg shell and finally their flight - The flight to liberty.
