  • POET: Jeremy Horsford (5/10/2015 11:23:00 PM)

I enjoyed The Forest and I Am the Same. I found keen insights, and an above-average use of rhyme.

I particularly enjoy the sensation of time travel in The Forest.

I'm sorry I don't have more time for your poetry right now, but I will add you to My Favorite Poets.

  • POEM: God In The Box by Nathan Coppedge (10/12/2014 11:01:00 AM)

Thanks for your comment, Chris Howie.

I like to think it's a good poem, but I've had some critical moments where I thought it was too casual, or I didn't know enough about what I meant by the poem. I think it has a good effect, though.

  • POEM: Mandela - The Immortal Icon by Chinedu Dike (9/9/2014 12:03:00 PM)

It begins very well classically, and carries through for the most part. I feel like the ending notes detract a little bit from the punch of the poem. But that's inevitable, I guess. You could try putting more spacing between the end of the poem and the beginning of the notes. Impressive, overall.
